Our commitment to producing the best trained Urologists is reflected not only through the Mayo Clinic culture, but also through our faculty recruitment and expansion, investment in technology, inclusion and diversity, and the growth and success of our residency, as well as our national ranking. Our excellent care providers, facilities, and research infrastructure allow for a broad patient-centered training experience that will prepare residents for the practice of their choice. Our department prides itself on producing quality, practicing community and academic urologists through our innovative mentorship model of training. As a graduate of this training program, I am one example of many successful urology alumni. I am humbled and privileged to serve as the chair of the Department of Urology.
